UM, JUST CONFIRM THAT ADDRESS.
UM, IN 1 0 2 10TH STREET, HOPEWELL, VIRGINIA, THIS WILL BE A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY, WHICH IS, UM, 2,160 SQUARE FEET THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY UTILIZED BY THE CITY OF HOPEWELL AT THE WARMING SHELTER.
AND THE, THE PUBLIC HEARING TONIGHT IS FOR APPROVAL OF THE RESOLUTION THAT WILL ALLOW THEM TO OPERATE THIS, UM, THIS LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF HOPEWELL AND THE CITY OF REFUGE, UM, FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR, UH, FOR $1,250 A MONTH.
AND, UM, I'M HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU HAVE ABOUT THIS, UM, RESOLUTION FOR THE LEASE.
